The house
One office, fourteen years, and a telephone that gets answered.
We are a small IATA-accredited agency in Connaught Place. We have never had a call centre, and we do not intend to acquire one.
How it started
A family missed a wedding.
In 2011 our founder watched a family of six lose a connection in Doha because the itinerary they had bought online left fifty minutes to change terminals. Nobody was accountable. The airline pointed at the reseller, the reseller pointed at the airline, and the wedding happened without them.
This house was built on the opposite premise: one named person owns your journey from the first enquiry to the last transfer home. Fourteen years and thirty-eight thousand trips later, that is still the entire business model.
What we charge for
Our income comes from three honest places: airline and hotel commissions, a stated service fee on complex bookings and visa filings, and packaging margin disclosed on your quote. What we do not do is inflate a fare and describe the difference as a saving. If you cannot see where our money comes from on a quote, ask, and we will point at the line.
What we refuse to do
- Promise a visa outcome. Consulates decide; we prepare.
- File anything we know to be untrue on your behalf, whatever is offered.
- Accept a booking we think is a poor idea without telling you why first.
- Bury cancellation terms in a document nobody opens.
- Ask you to pay into a personal account, or ask for a card OTP. Ever.
Who you will deal with
Four desks, and the person who runs each.
A small team, deliberately. You will get the same consultant every time you call.
Ticketing
Fourteen years on airline systems. Knows which fare rules permit a free change and which will cost more than a fresh ticket.
Journeys
Builds the tailored itineraries. Has personally inspected most of the hotels we put families into across Southeast Asia and the Gulf.
Visas
Reads consular circulars for a living. Responsible for the cover letters, the mock interviews, and telling people to wait a month.
Groups & corporate
School tours, incentive travel, events and wedding parties. One coordinator and one invoice, however many travellers.
Replace these with real names, photographs and direct extensions before launch. Named people outperform stock photography every time.
Clients
What they say once they are home.
Use us for something small first.
A domestic ticket, a hotel for a weekend. See how it is handled, then give us the journey that matters.
